Are you looking for one of the best breakfast and dinner buffets at Walt Disney World? Do you want endless Mickey Waffles or pick and peel shrimp? If you are, Cape May Café is for you.

This New England inspired restaurant at Disney’s Beach Club Resort has an amazing atmosphere and even better food. No matter if you pick Breakfast or Dinner. You will be happy either way.
What are you looking for when you choose a restaurant in Walt Disney World? Clean and affordable? Friendly staff and great food? Easy to get to location? Cape May Café has you covered in most of those areas but you will find out more below.
Breakfast

Breakfast is probably my favorite meal of the day especially when on vacation. The breakfast at Cape May Café at Disney’s Beach Club is amazing. I would say it is the best breakfast you will find at WDW.
You can find a wide selection of all your favorite breakfast classics. The eggs are nice a fluffy. You can find bacon that is super crunchy or a little on the softer side. Plenty of sausage links to make anyone’s head spin.

There is an omelet station that you can stop at. Choose from western style, vegetable, ham and cheese, or create your own. If omelets are not your thing you can make your own breakfast burrito.

Still not hitting the spot? The biscuits and gravy are nice and filling. Or grab some crepes for something a little bit on the lighter side.
There is also fresh sliced ham too! Boy, is that ham tasty. The breakfast potatoes are also mouth watering. They were cooked perfectly.

Do you have a soft spot for Mickey waffles? I bet you do. Well not only can you get yourself Mickey waffles. Cape May Café also has Minnie waffles too. And yes they too are just as delicious.
Everything we had was cooked perfectly. It was a really great breakfast. Sadly, there still is no characters at this meal. Hopefully they will return one day.
But for now, you can still enjoy a good and affordable meal. As of July 2022 it cost $25 per adult and $14 per child (3-9). Not a bad price for a Disney Restaurant.
Dinner

Dinner at Cape May Café could be considered a little more on the adventurous side. Dinner is a seafood buffet. You will find many of your favorites but sadly, no lobster.
At the buffet you will find pick and peel shrimp both hot and cold. Along with shrimp you can find clams and mussels. They were all cooked perfectly and nothing appeared to be overcooked like you often find at other seafood buffets.

Looking for that classic seafood boil? Cape May has you covered there too. Right next to the clams and mussels you can find corn on the cob and red potatoes. There are even some tasty dinner rolls to grab.
On the other side you will find sustainable fish (I believe it was salmon). Fish nuggets and fried shrimp can be found over here too. There was a pot of New England Clam chowder as well. Plus roasted vegetables and an amazing pasta salad with seafood.
Kids not a fan of seafood? Don’t worry they have some kid friendly options as well. There are really cheesy mac and cheese, pasta, and pizza. You can also find broccoli and meatballs.

A craving station is also around the buffet. Here you can get some fresh cut beef. The meat went very well with all the seafood offers.
Last but not least is the salads. There are several different salad choices to pick from. Yes they do have the classic Caesar Salad.
Perhaps the best thing offered at Cape May Café is the dessert bar. You want to make sure you save a little room to try all of these tasty treats. They are on the mini side which is perfect for you to have one of each if you decide.

The bread pudding with sauce is amazing. It was so good that I want to make it at home. It really is that good. The Oreo Bon Bons were very tasty as well. They were my daughters favorite dessert.

You should also try the Boston cream tart. They are delicious. The chocolate Mickey domes are also very tasty. Like I said you can’t go wrong with anything at the dessert bar.
Dinner is a little more on the expensive side. It will cost you $42 per adult and $25 per child as of July 2022. I really enjoyed my dinner here and I would consider returning again. However, if I had to pick between Breakfast or Dinner. My choice would be Breakfast.
Getting here
Getting to Cape May Café at Disney’s Beach Club for breakfast can be a little challenge to get to. If you are staying at one of the Skyliner resorts you won’t have a problem. All you have to do is take the Skyliner to EPCOT and walk over to the Beach Club.

If you are not staying at a Skyliner resort you need to either drive or grab an Uber if you have an early reservation. If your reservation is a little later in the morning or for dinner you could take the bus to EPCOT and walk to the International Gateway exit. Or you could go to Hollywood Studios and take a boat or Skyliner to EPCOT.
I find it best to drive. However, I always end up driving to Florida so I have my car with me. If you don’t have a car with you. It might be best to make a breakfast reservation for after 9am.
