You really don’t want to have all your dirty clothes thrown in the corner or right next to your clean clothes. Be sure to get a pop up hamper or laundry bag. You can go to the dollar store and pick up laundry bags.

Sure you may have thought about getting a toothbrush case. But why not just bring the holder like you have at home. It will keep the toothbrushes off the counter and still keep them in view.

Now most hotel chains are moving towards refillable liquid soap and shampoo instead of the single use bottles. Of course most still have the bar soap. Do you have a bar of soap sitting on your sink at home? Probably not. You have a bottle of liquid soap because it is that much easier. You can pick up 6 for under $6 on amazon.

Think about it there are only so many outlets in the room. Having a surge protector with at least 6 different outlets can help charge everything you have. Plus if you bring a laptop with you, you can have that piece of mind that everything will be okay.

Hotel rooms can get pretty dark once all the lights are out. Get a night light to plug in so you and your little ones can see when you need to use the bathroom late at night.

Sometimes rooms can just have a funky smell. Not a bad smell but also not a good smell. Bring your own air freshener to help solve that problem. Try using a scent you don’t use at home. This way when you do use it once your trip is over, it will remind you of your Disney Vacation.

If there is a certain brand of toilet paper you like….. It’s safe to say it won’t be the one Disney Uses. With so many hotels and restrooms to stock. Disney like many hotel chains do not get top of the line toilet paper. It can be a little harsh on the bottom. So just pack a couple of rolls of your favorite before you go.

A lot of people may not even know what a clothes pin is or what they are used for. A picture is down below of what a clothes pin looks like. But you use them to hang up clothes on a clothes line. Most of the resort rooms have a clothes line in the bathroom that you can pull out from the wall. It is helpful for hanging wet bathing suits.

If you don’t stay at hotels often you may have forgotten or not realized that these are some helpful things to make your room feel more like your home. After all this room is your home for the next 3, 7, or even 10+ days. Make it easier on yourself by bring somethings from home.
